Share property brochures as mobile-friendly flipbooks

Turn a prepared property brochure PDF into a flipbook and share it through a short link or QR code. Keep property facts accurate and use a separate destination for enquiries or viewings.

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Prepare a PDF with current property details, legible floor plans and images you have permission to use.
  2. Upload it, then check the cover and zoomed floor plans on a phone and desktop.
  3. Publish and share the short URL in your listing materials, or embed the publication on your own website.
  4. Update or withdraw the publication when the property information changes.

Check clarity before distribution

Small labels on floor plans may be difficult to read even with zoom. Export from the original design at suitable quality rather than using screenshots. Include textual descriptions for information that would otherwise appear only in an image.

Separate interest from enquiries

Publication views show reading activity, not qualified leads or completed viewings. Link to your existing enquiry page and use that system to measure submissions. Share to Reach does not replace your CRM or listing database.

Keep the right link current

Updating an existing brochure avoids leaving old versions circulating under several URLs. Verify important price, availability and contact changes before sharing again.

Does Share to Reach create property brochures automatically?

No. Prepare your PDF in your preferred design tool, then use Share to Reach to publish, share, embed and measure its flipbook.
